The Mini Plant Trial Kit contains all of the components required to perform small-scale DNA purification from plant tissue. The kit includes 3 lysis buffers, 2 elution buffers, 2 wash buffers, a binding buffer, protease solution, and sbeadex particle suspension.
This trial kit contains additional lysis buffers and elution buffers, as well as a protease solution to find optimal lysis and elution conditions. These additional components are not included in our standard sbeadex mini plant kits.
