Monkeypox Virus and Orthopoxvirus ValuPanel™ Reagents are separately delivered probes and primers for PCR detection of the monkeypox virus and non-variola Orthopoxvirus species. The oligonucleotide sequences were designed by the CDC; for more information please visit the CDC website. All primers and probes are HPLC purified and delivered in dried format at 20 nmol of each primer and 5 nmol for each probe. The probes are labelled with FAM dye and BHQ quencher. Probes and primers are delivered in separate tubes, they are not premixed.
