CPG that can be used to 3'-label an oligonuclotide with the dabsyl quencher moiety.

  • Used to add a non-fluorescent quencher to the 3' end of an oligonucleotide.
  • Quenches in green region.
  • Structurally similar to dabcyl, but with a sulphonamide bond to the backbone.
  • 1000 Å CPG suitable for highly modified oligonucleotides (> 20mers).
