MPC Protein Precipitation Solution
A simple solution and method for the removal of proteins from cell lysates prior to nucleic acid purification. To be used with the MasterPure Kits.
Proteinase K
Digest proteins during DNA and RNA purification or inactivate enzymes. To be used with the MasterPure Kits.
TE Buffer
Standard buffer for storing nucleic acids (10 mM Tris-HCl [pH 7.5], 1 mM EDTA). To be used with the MasterPure Kits and any other nucleic acid extraction/purification kits.
Red Cell Lysis Solution
Selectively lyse red blood cells while leaving white blood cells intact. To be used with the MasterPure Kits.
Tissue & Cell Lysis Solution
Use in combination with Proteinase K to lyse cells and tissues in various samples such as saliva, semen, mammalian cells, and Gram-negative bacteria.
Elution buffer AMP
