Product usage:

  • Cleavage conditions: Use concentrated ammonia for 45 minutes at 25 °C or 1:1 ammonia:methylamine (AMA) for 15 minutes at 25 °C when using fast deprotecting amidites.
  • Deprotection conditions: When using fast deprotecting amidites (eg. C-Ac, G-DMF) use concentrated ammonia for 1 hour or AMA for 30 minutes at 60 °C.
    • This support should be stored at -20°C. If the product is stored at higher temperatures for prolonged periods of time the glycolate linkage may cleave resulting in lower yields. The C- Acetyl group may also come off as a result of prolonged exposure to higher temperatures. This product is temperature sensitive.
