Such reagents are complete antigens useful for inducing antibody response in animal models. Conjugation ratio is the molar ratio of hapten to protein. The conjugation ratio (or "loading") for any given immunochemical will vary with each production batch, and we do not offer customised ratios. Where standard ratio ranges are not offered, customer service can inform you about available ratios at the point of purchase.

Product usage:
- Conjugation is determined at pH 8.5 by measuring NP absorbance at 430 nm, using 4.23 x 10E+03 as the extinction coefficient for NP, and is given as a molar ratio of NP to CGG assuming the molecular weight of CGG is 150,000. Conjugation for fluorescein is determined by the absorbance of fluorescein at 495 nm, using 8.3 x 10E+04 as the extinction coefficient of fluorescein, and is given as a molar ratio of Fluorescein to NP-CGG.Store solution in aliquots at -20°C. Protect from light.This product can be dissolved in PBS buffer, water or other neutral buffers at a concentration of 1mg/mL.
