Such reagents are complete antigens useful for inducing antibody response in animal models. Conjugation ratio is the molar ratio of hapten to protein. The conjugation ratio (or "loading") for any given immunochemical will vary with each production batch, and we do not offer customised ratios. Where standard ratio ranges are not offered, customer service can inform you about available ratios at the point of purchase.

Product usage:

    Conjugation is determined at pH 8.5 by measuring NIP absorbance at 430nm, using the extinction coefficient of NIP= 5.0 x 10E+03. The conjugation ratio is given as a molar ratio of NIP to BSA assuming the molecular weight of BSA is 66,430. Conjugation of Fluorescein is determined at 495 nm using 8.3 x 10E+04 as the extinction coefficient.Store solution in aliquots at -20°C. Protect from light.This product can be dissolved in PBS buffer, water or other neutral buffers at a concentration of 1mg/mL.
