Product information

Hapten reagents (such as succinimide esters) allow the customer to synthesize their own custom conjugates. N(ε)- BHQ-1 FMOC protected lysine can be used to couple to the synthesis resin for the synthesis of C terminal peptide BHQ Lys amides or acids, internally or at the N-terminus.

Product usage:

  • Cleavage conditions: This product is compatible with 95% TFA/5% water cleavage conditions.
    • This product will dissolve in DMF and DCM at 1mg/mLDo not add silane based reducing agents or thiol based scavengers (eg DTT). Both additives may cause significant reduction of BHQ.
