PC-HPA-BSA (Bovine Serum Albumin)

Phosphorylcholine hapten is coupled to p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid through azo linkage; this moiety then coupled to BSA carrier via water soluble carbodimide conjugation.

NP-SGG (Sheep Gamma Globulin)

4-Hydroxy-3-nitrophenylacetyl hapten is conjugated to SGG (Sheep gamma globulin) lysine through amide bonds. This product is homologous to NP-BSA.

NP-SSA (Sheep Serum Albumin)

4-Hydroxy-3-nitrophenylacetyl hapten is conjugated to SSA (Sheep serum albumin) lysine through amide bonds. This product is homologous to NP-BSA.

NP-β-Ala-Gly-Gly-OH

NP can be attached to a protein via a peptide spacer or it can be converted to the hydrazide or O-succinimide ester.

TNP-BSA-Biotin

Biotin OSu is conjugated to 2,4,6-Trinitrophenyl-Bovine Serum Albumin. This product is homologous to TNP-BSA.

Hapten Conjugates

Our line of conjugates include well studied small molecule haptens, e.g. DNP, TNP, NP, NIP, and PC (Phosphoryl Choline), that are useful for inducing an antibody response in animal models.

Various levels of conjugation density are available depending on the antibody response required by the researcher. Such reagents are complete antigens useful for inducing antibody response in animal models.

We offer various sizes of our hapten reagents. Depending on the product, you can select from 10 mg to 1 g, and many of our products are available in bulk – so you can get the amount you need for your specific applications.
